Don’t just think about buffets when you visit Las Vegas!! Buffets are definitely a Vegas staple, but honestly, when we tried one at lunch, it felt pretty average—maybe just not our thing. Both my husband and I love American BBQ, and after seeing Bubble’s recommendation for this spot, we gave it a try and WOW—it was amazing! The place itself is casual, nothing fancy, but the flavors were spot on. About $20–30 per person, and the dishes in the photos were so big that the two of us only finished half. Beef Ribs Highly recommended—this is a must-order! Perfectly smoked, super tender, the meat falls right off the bone. Even better with their slightly spicy BBQ sauce. Check out photo #2 with my hand for scale—you can see how massive it is! Beef Hot Links Juicy and slightly spicy, reminds me of Harbin-style sausages but with more smoky flavor. We loved it so much that we even took their business card and turned it into a fridge magnet as a souvenir.

I wish I had thought to take a picture of the food. We got brisket, pulled pork, burnt ends and mac and cheese for the 5 of us to share. It was a good amount of food and every single offering was moist and so flavorful. We were driving through Texas and I wanted to try Texas BBQ. So glad we found this place and stopped in. I was a bit concerned reading that seating was outside, but the seating was covered and there were misters and lots of tv’s to keep you entertained. I can only imagine what this place is like in the evenings. Wish we were in town longer to be able to experience it. The people were friendly and helpful. It was a Bit hard to find as the main store Chalmers is right next to it/apart of it. Look for a smaller sign on the ground. Great place and if I ever find myself in Austin again I’ll definitely be stopping in.

I loved it all! The food was great. I had c the burnt end sandwich and the BBQ beans. The meat was well seasoned and the beans were a little spicy and very good! I recommend!

5 stars – A hidden gem for true BBQ lovers! I rarely walk out of a restaurant this impressed – but this barbecue spot absolutely blew me away! Everything tastes exactly like real BBQ should: smoky, tender, and packed with flavor. The ribs fall right off the bone, the brisket is perfectly cooked, and the homemade sauces are out of this world. Even the sides were amazing – all fresh, nothing pre-made, and clearly made with care. You can tell this place is run by someone who’s truly passionate about what they do. The staff was super friendly, happy to explain the menu and give recommendations without being pushy. And the vibe? Just real, down-to-earth, and chill – no fake hype, just seriously good food and good energy. I’m definitely coming back – and bringing friends!

The all you can eat is very much worth it, even though we got it during their rush hour they were cool about the time limit. We did wait like 20mins per round because of how busy it was. The food is definitely worth the wait. Price wasn’t bad either. Parking is a bit of a hassle as there is pretty limited.
